About Brian Chew:

I have lived in the San Francisco Peninsula for most of my life and feel very fortunate to call the Bay Area my home. I obtained my real estate broker´s license in 1990 after graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in business administration, with a specialization in real estate finance. Shortly thereafter, I attended the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California. I earned a J.D. degree, passed the California Bar Exam, and have been a member of the State Bar of California since 1992.

Since starting at Coldwell Banker, I have received the designation of being in the company's International President's Circle for 2003 & 2004. This award is given to only the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents.  I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), e-Pro Certified and an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). in 2004, I sold over 18 million dollars worth of real estate.  I have listed or sold properties ranging from multi-million dollar homes in Atherton to mid-size ranch homes in Sunnyvale to small condo/townhouses in Mountain View.

Thus, I believe that I am able to provide a unique level of service to my clients that few other Realtors can match.  I use the latest in technology to help find my clients the best home or get them the highest possible price. My philisophy is not simply to get a deal done so that I can get a commission but rather I strive to do such a good job for my clients that they will never consider doing anything else in real estate without me.
